In MeeMee’s Stash…

Hey Beauts!

How are our favourite readers doing today? Really, I wanna know. February is off to a great start, but can you believe it’s here already?!

So when AB waka passed  visited my apartment earlier in the year, she sneakily took pictures of all the products I had in the different places they were scattered in. And she looked me in the eye (actually she turned all of twitter towards my little chinco eyes) and insinuated that I am a product junkie! Now, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a product junkie, but the thing is I’ve always claimed that I barely have products to use and that I don’t seek out products. At all. Of the two, only the latter happens to be true. I barely seek out products. When I say that, I mean in terms of trying out new brands based on reviews or trend. I have staples that I replace when I reach the bottom of the container.

I decided to gather all the products I have around the apartment and counted them. 33! Not counting empty bottles. I don’t know what is happening but I clearly share these products with my spirit twin sister or something. You see, the truth is that most of these products were either gifted to me or are inherited mementos from friends who moved away. So in actuality, I only spent money on less than half of the things in this stash.

So why am I telling you this pointless information?

Well, like I said, I have my tested and trusted products and I fear branching out. So I need your help. Because I want to help you too. Below is a list of all the products I own at the moment. I would like you to pick three products that you would like to read a review of for me. The products you pick will replace my staples until I can give you an informed and honest review of that product.

I attempted to do a little photoshoot of the products, but clearly photography is not my calling in life. So without further ado (why do we say this?) I present, MeeMee’s Stash!

  1. You didn’t include the glasses in your list. 🙂 I would choose (1) Shea Moisture Transitioning Milk, (2) Aztec Clay and (3) Shea Moisture Strengthening Grow & Restore Edge Treatment.

I can’t really think of anything too random in my stash. I gave away most of the things that didn’t work well.

  2. No 8: Taliah Waajid mist
No 18: Shea Moisture Transitioning milk
No 23: Argan Oil of Morocco extra penetrating oil (I guess it’s ogx/ organix brand?)
    Thank you.

  3. #19)Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay. I am thinking of introducing clay to my routine once a month and before I purchase anything I want to know someones opinion. It doesn’t have to be this specific brand (although this is the one I see more often) but on using claying to cleanse and detox the hair in general. Thanks ladies!

  4. And the strangest thing I have in my stash is Dax Wave and Groom pomade. It’s a product that I had when I was relaxed and rocking a short Halle Berry haircut many moons ago. I only used it once and hated it but for some reason never through it out (kinda gross huh, lol). I definitely won’t be using it on my natural hair however lol.

  5. Did somebody say she’s not a product junkie? *looks left, looks right*
Please review the Shea Moisture Transitioning Milk, and their frizz-free curl mousse too. 3rd world be Trader Joe’s conditioner.
    Thanks Meemee!

  6. Hello Dear,
Hahaha, love your stash, I am guilty so no comment on that part 😀
My most random product would have to be Tresemme 3 Pack Treatment. Will love to hear your review on the following 3 products:
    1. Cantu Sheabutter Leave-In Conditioner
    2. Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturising Conditioner
    3. Shea Moisture Strengthening Grow & Restore Edge Treatment
    Thank you and Smiles!!!
